I started up&rise in January 2017 with the aim of having a company that delivers home made, quality desserts, patisseries and cakes that taste fantastic and look impressive. I studied at Leith's Cookery School and Le Cordon Bleu, London, where I completed the patisserie diploma. I look forward to sharing my baking with you.
